White House Is Nervous About Biden’s Shady Past (Here’s Your Proof)

As the investigation continues into Joe Biden’s involvement in his son Hunter’s illegal business activity, the White House is scrambling to defend the president.

To prevent the release of 200 documents involving Biden from the National Archives (NARA), the White House is claiming “executive privilege.”

The documents are related to Hunter Biden’s business interactions with the Office of the Vice President during the Obama administration, according to America First Legal (AFL).

America First Legal filed a lawsuit to obtain records from NARA.

This includes communications between January 2011 and December 2013 with the name of Hunter Biden’s company, “Rosemont Seneca.”

NARA is refusing to release the records because of “confidential advice” between then-Vice President Joe Biden and White House advisers.

861 records were provided by the NARA because they did not fall under “executive privilege.”

“Release would disclose confidential advice between the President and his advisors, or between such advisors,” NARA told AFL.

Biden used a number of fake email aliases while serving as vice president. The NARA is also refusing to hand over these records.

Biden’s fake names included “Robert Peters,” “Robin Ware,” and “JRB Ware.”

Gene Hamilton, America First Legal Vice President and General Counsel, said, “These records provide even more evidence that no daylight existed between Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings and the Office of the Vice President during the Obama Administration.”

“The evidence accumulating against the Biden family’s malfeasance is staggering,” he added.

AFL’s request for emails encompassed some of Hunter Biden’s earliest business endeavors with Rosemont Seneca Partners, an entity linked to Devon Archer, Eric Schwerin, CCP-affiliated entities, and Che Feng, whom Hunter Biden referred to as the “Super Chairman.”

Hunter Biden, through his association with the “Super Chairman,” established a joint venture known as BHR Partners, in which his company, Skaneateles LLC, held a ten percent equity stake. BHR Partners remains co-owned by the state-controlled Bank of China and maintains substantial capital allocations worldwide.

In an exclusive report by Breitbart News in April, it was revealed that Hunter Biden transferred his stake in BHR Partners to his lawyer, Kevin Morris, in 2017. Similarly, Devon Archer conveyed his stake in BHR Painters to his wife.

The emails disclosed by AFL on Wednesday shed light on Hunter Biden’s involvement in planning a state dinner for Chinese officials at the White House in 2011, just months before his journey to China to establish connections for launching BHR Partners.

Furthermore, additional emails released by AFL demonstrate the frequent use of direct communication channels by Hunter Biden and his business associates to contact then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office. Rosemont Seneca employees gained access to information concerning White House guest lists, seating arrangements, and official events, including the 2013 Turkey State Luncheon, the 2014 France State Dinner, and the 2012 United Kingdom State Dinner.
