The judge in the NYC civil fraud case against former President Donald Trump appeared very annoyed in court and seemed to lose his temper with Trump’s legal team.
At one point, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron slammed his hand on the table and exclaimed, “This is ridiculous.”

Bender was refusing to answer questions for Trump’s lawyers.
“Don’t waste time,” the judge complained. Trump’s lawyers argued they had to go through their client’s records “year by year” with the witness.
“This is ridiculous!” the judge said. “Mr. Bender isn’t on trial here.”
“We need to be allowed to parse the evidence,” Trump attorney Christopher Kise argued. “We didn’t bring this case.”
Another Trump lawyer, Alina Habba, said that Bender had been uncooperative. (Trending: 20th Busload of Illegals Arrives In Democrat City)

“We haven’t got one answer from him,” she said. “He has no memory as we sit here.”
The bench trial will be decided by the judge alone since there is no jury.
“There is no jury here,” he told the Trump team. “Who are you talking to — me, the press or the audience?”
Trump said the trial itself is a fraud because Engoron is a Democrat operative who has personally donated his money to support Democrats.
“He already knows what he’s going to do,” Trump told reporters, referring to Engoron.
Engoron already ruled that Trump, along with his two sons, were guilty of fraudulently inflating their net worth.
