The latest Emerson College Poll has placed former President Donald Trump over Joe Biden.
An Emerson poll found that 47% of voters support Donald Trump with only 45% supporting Joe Biden. 8% remain undecided.
Trump is sitting three-points ahead, most notably beating Biden among the younger voters. (Poll: Who Should Win the Presidency In 2024? VOTE)
18-29-year-olds are leaning toward Trump by 2%.
The poll comes amidst Trump’s persistent legal battles, which he has labeled as witch hunts meant to pull him from his campaign work.
The former president also leads among 30-to-39-year-olds by about 11 points, 49.6 percent to 38.5 percent.
