A viral video shows President Joe Biden coughing directly onto an 80-year-old reward recipient of the National Medal of Science and the National Medal of Technology and Innovation.
Biden then went on to grasp the hand of another recipient, awkwardly holding it for a lengthy period of time.

When speaking, the President rambled confusingly about his relationship with the President of the People’s Republic of China, recalling, “I was in the Tibetan plateau with Xi Jinping.”
“I spent a great deal of time with him one-on-one, back when I was vice president and since then.” he jumbled his words further, saying, “He said, ‘Can you define America for me?’”
“And I said, ‘I can.’ One word, I mean it sincerely, possibilities, possibilities.”
