Read The Colorado Supreme Court Ruling On Trump’s 2024 Primary Ballot Disqualification

via Trump White House Archived on Youtube

The Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Donald Trump is disqualified from holding the presidency for violating the U.S. Constitution.

This decision affirmed part of a lower court ruling and reversed the ruling that allowed Trump to stay on the state’s presidential primary ballot.

Team Trump plans to file an appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court may have the final say on the matter.

The state Supreme Court has put a pause on its ruling until at least Jan. 4.
